During a service, nothing leaves the Mac
This is the important one, and it has no exceptions. Everything happens on the Mac in your booth. Nothing is sent anywhere while a service is running. You can unplug the network or switch the wifi off and it works exactly the same. What is saved
Each service is saved on that Mac: which songs, how long, how many times the slide moved. There are no lyrics in it. Nothing anyone sang or said is in it. Neither is the talk. It is numbers and references. There is also an audio recording of the vocal channel, kept on the Mac. It is what lets someone work out what happened if a service went oddly. Both live in the same place. general → session records → show in finder, or the menu bar icon → Show session logs. What is sent, and when
Only if this Mac is signed in to a church account, and only after a service has finished:- The service record goes to your church’s account.
- Your settings are shared with your church’s other Macs.
