What it costs

A$16 a month, for one church, on one Mac. Seven days free first. Your card is taken when you sign up but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.

Cancelling

Go to your account on screenshepherd.live and press manage billing. ScreenShepherd keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the next time someone opens it, it asks to be activated again. Nothing stops in the middle of a service.

Moving to a different Mac

One subscription activates one Mac, and you can move it whenever you like. On your account page, find the Mac listed under activated mac and press this mac is no longer used. Then open ScreenShepherd on the new Mac and paste in the same licence key. Do this before you get rid of the old Mac if you can. If you have already wiped it, freeing it on the account page still works.

If a payment fails

Your card expires, or a payment does not go through. ScreenShepherd tells you on the account tab and keeps working — there are several days of room built in, on purpose, so that a card problem never turns into a Sunday problem. Update the card on your account page and it carries on.

More than one church

Each church needs its own subscription. A multi-site church with three booths needs three.

What we hold

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. See Privacy.
