Quit ScreenShepherd

Menu bar icon at the top of the screen → Quit ScreenShepherd.Worth doing. While it is open it keeps saving a recording of the service, and that adds up on the hard drive.

Was anything odd?

Write down what happened and roughly what time. That is genuinely useful — it is what lets someone find the moment afterwards and put it right.

What gets saved

Each service is saved on the Mac as a record of what happened: which songs, how long, and how many times the slide moved. Your lyrics are never in it. Neither are anyone’s words from the talk. It is numbers. If this Mac is signed in to a church account, these records go to that account afterwards. Never during a service. If it is not signed in, they stay on the Mac.
